FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I firmly believe in providing fair and transparent pricing. Each pressure washing job is unique, and many variables can affect the overall cost. Here are a few reasons why we cannot provide a fixed price without a detailed assessment: Varied Surface Types: Different surfaces (concrete, wood, siding, etc.) require different cleaning techniques and materials. Condition of the Surface: The level of dirt, grime, mold, or mildew present can vary greatly, influencing the amount of work needed. Accessibility: Some areas may be more challenging to reach, requiring special equipment or more time. Surface Area: The size of the area to be cleaned is a primary factor in determining the cost. Larger areas require more time and resources, so our prices are adjusted accordingly. Time to Complete the Job: The complexity and condition of the surface affect how long the job will take. For example, heavily soiled or difficult-to-reach areas may take more time to clean properly. Materials Needed: Different surfaces may require specific cleaning agents or additional equipment. We ensure we use the right materials to achieve the best results without damaging your property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I am contacted by a customer, I typically respond within an hour. We then set up a call to address your concerns and to schedule a free in-person consultation, where I inspect your property with you. Once we have addressed all concerns and offered all solutions in the walkthrough, we then create a work order contract, and once you review to approve or disapprove, we proceed to set up a date of service. You will always receive a reminder message 24 hrs. prior to our arrival, a message when we are on our way, and a message (along with receipt) when we have completed the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My journey in the world of pressure washing began as a child under the guidance of my dad, who has owned a successful painting and pressure washing business for over two decades in South Florida. I have spent most of my life learning the tips, tricks, and techniques of the trade that I am now happy to apply in my own business.
