At Jones Bookkeeping and Consulting, LLC, we are a virtual bookkeeping business that focuses on taking care of our clients. We run the back office operations so that the client can run the front end of their business effectively and efficiently. I have my undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Pfeiffer University and my Master’s degree in accounting from Southern New Hampshire University. I have been in business since 2017, starting out preparing individual and small business tax returns. I then decided to expand my services to include accounting, basic bookkeeping, CFO, and consulting services. Recently, I became am a Quickbooks Pro Advisor. Also, I am well versed using Wave, Freshbooks, NetSuite, and Xero accounting software. Not to mention, I perform diagnostic reviews and Quickbooks/Xero clean-ups. Furthermore, I have conducted numerous training sessions using the accounting software as well. I have a variety of clients from different industries such as pool service, lawn care, start-ups, small law firms and restaurants, retail, tech, e-commerce, and cannabis. I provide them with the best service possible so they can run their business effectively and efficiently as possible.

Ms Jones was a life saver!! My 12 year accountant canceled last minute and literally appointment was on the last day of tax day. Not only was she able to help, but she was super responsive, even it being a holiday (Easter) did the free consultation over the phone and without no hesitation got everything done in a matter of hours! Highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give free 30 minute discovery and/or consulting phone calls.
I give discounts on services for any new client referrals.
I will provide a diagnostic review of your accounting books and will waive the fee, if the client signs on for monthly bookkeeping services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. I like to exchange phone numbers so we can have a phone conversation (free consultation).
2. Then I ask them what kind of services they need and to explain what their pain points are within their business.
3. I will ask them further clarifying questions to make sure I understand their needs.
4. Then I will give the potential new customer a quote for services needed.
5. If they agree to the price, I will send them a contract to be signed via email. The services that I will provide will be detailed within the contract, along with the quote for my services.
6. Once the contract has signed and the date has been agreed upon for my services to begin, I will send the new customer all of the documents I will need to begin working with them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelor's degree from Pfeiffer University. Also, I have my Master's degree from Southern New Hampshire University. Recently, I just got certified as a Quickbooks Pro Advisor.
