Technology has always come naturally to me, and I have years of hands-on experience setting up devices, troubleshooting problems, and helping friends and family understand how everything works. I am patient, resourceful, and comfortable diagnosing a wide range of everyday technology issues. My goal is not just to fix the immediate problem. I explain things clearly, simplify the setup where possible, and make sure you feel comfortable using your technology after I leave.
