- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do a referral program where I will pay you $25 if you refer somebody and they book a job with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reach out to inquire about their project. Schedule a job walk if necessary, provide a bid sent to their phone or email through Jobber. Finally, get them on the schedule whenever works best for the both of us.
