I had an issue with an outlet and light switch not functioning in the dining area. No power to either one. I spoke to Nelson and scheduled an appointment. He arrived at the scheduled time and was a true professional from the moment we met. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix the issue. I thought it was the outlet and the dimmer switch that had failed. It was the wiring on the outlet. He promptly fixed it and cleaned up after he was done. He even checked a light switch in one of the rooms. The price for his service was very reasonable, way less than I expected to pay. I would give him 10 stars if they allowed it. Highly recommend Nelson and Blue Cap services. Excellent customer service.
