- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price most jobs with clear, upfront flat rates based on the length and condition of your vents/ducts, not on hidden fees. Before we start, we explain exactly what’s included and what it costs, so there are no surprises. We also offer bundle pricing when you combine services (for example, dryer vent + air duct cleaning) and occasional seasonal discounts for repeat customers and referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we listen to your issue (slow dryer, dust, odors, hot/cold spots, etc.) and ask a few quick questions about your system and home. Then we provide a rough estimate and schedule a visit that works for you—often same-day or next-day when possible. On-site, we inspect the vents/ducts, confirm final pricing, and walk you through exactly what we’ll do. After we finish, we show you before/after results, review any issues we found, and give you simple tips to keep your system clean and safe.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have hands-on experience in HVAC and vent cleaning and have been trained on best practices for air duct cleaning, dryer vent fire safety, and chimney/flu cleaning. We stay up to date on industry standards and equipment, including negative-pressure duct cleaning systems, powerful vacuums, and rotary brushes. We focus heavily on safety, cleanliness, and protecting your home while we work.
