- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge a flat rate for all projects plus discount the job before sending a quote for 2+ item assembly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I look over the clients quote write down the items that need to be assembled, send quote with discount included in 2+ item assembly projects, once quote is accepted we setup a day/time for assembly. Its pretty much straight forward, no hassle service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 14 years of field service Electro-Mechanical Engineering education & experience assembly, on-site installation/de-installation, quality testing and troubleshooting. As far as direct furniture assembly experience I have 10 years experience including time outside of Thumbtack.com.
