To make it clear to everyone, please dont put 10 items for one patio set or 4 items for one couch. We the builders will be charged more, forcing us to charge you more.
Ex: a 4 piece couch set, number of items is 1; 8 piece patio set, number of items is 1
***Also, I read directions, and follow them thoroughly! I have all of my pictures posted on here of items Ive assembled ALONE. If you, the client, measured something yourself, and your measurements were off, and I still assembled it after asking if you measured correctly, it is not my fault it doesnt fit! If I took the time to come to you and do an assembly job, I expect to be paid for it. My advice is to ask me to double check your work if your uncertain.

I moved down here from NY to get my degree in Graphic Design at IADT Tampa. Since graduating, Ive done flyers, logos, brochures, photography, websites, billboards, etc., but along the way I picked up other skills such as phone screen repair, vending machine repair, DJing, and furniture building from Ashley Furniture and Kanes Furniture. Each one of these jobs I mastered to a level in which I began training people, and doing work on my own!
Please be sure about the project you need done and if you need it done by us, or if youd take care of things yourself, and also please just always respond, even if you dont require our services, a response still helps.
Each of us Pros are charged for every request. They can be disputed, but only based on a response from you.
My rates are fair, and I am a very fast paced, and efficient person. I refuse to leave a job until it is finished. If you would ever like to discuss or adjust the prices, I am beyond open to it.
The price you see is for the items you list, meaning if you ask for one item to be built, you will see the price for that one item, if you ask for 3 separate items, you will see the price for 3 different items. Please do not think that if you put down that you want an end table made, and say 6 items, that youll be charged for just an end table and not the price for the other items.
Its always safe to ask for a total, or just look at my price sheet listed before asking for help.
Multiple items at once will not have you billed multiple times!
The app charges us for the amount of items you put down, so if you have 2 end tables to be assembled, you will see the price for just one, but we as the person you're hiring will be charged for 2 items.
Im one who will give a much lower rate than what is posted, and of course Ill let you know to verify the adjusted lower rate.

I need to be clear about Gazebos and Pergolas. They require a contractor to be able to level the ground AND anchor is properly.

I ALSO DO NOT DO HOURLY. ITS BY THE JOB. IF I CHARGED YOU HOURLY THEN I COULD TAKE 3 HOURS TO DO A JOB THAT NORMALLY TAKES ME 1 HOUR, AND THAT WOULD BE UNFAIR TO YOU
