They did an amazing job. Will delivered on every promise that he made to us. He responded quickly, came out to quote the job, and told us the exact timeframe in which he could get the job completed. We have been trying to do this project literally for years and could never get a reliable contractor. I give them an A+ plus! Again, they ripped out my old deck, poured new concrete and put up a new screen porch. I could not be happier! Thanks Will!

The project started off well when the team began demoing the wall, but things quickly turned into a nightmare once the tile work began. For a very small area that simply needed tiling, the process dragged on for six days—sometimes only three rows of tiles were laid in a day.
We soon noticed the tiles were ramping up unevenly on all sides. The work had to be demoed three separate times, leaving us living in dust for three weeks because of the thick mortar that needed to be removed. They even subcontracted other people to finish the tiles, wall, and ceiling. Throughout the process, any time we voiced concerns, we were told either it “couldn’t be done” or that “this is how it should be.” Much of the initial work was done by someone clearly inexperienced.
The only positives were that they didn’t leave us with a mess, and the subcontractor they brought in ultimately did a great job completing the project. Unfortunately, after the job was finished, the original company never followed up or even came by to see the final result—despite not being the ones who completed it.
I can’t recommend this company based on our experience.
