- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At The GutterWorks Co. LLC we provide our Client with a Clear pricing structure: Our pricing is structured in a clear and understandable manner. We aim to be transparent about what customers are paying for and what services or products are included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st) Initial Contact: The process usually begins with the customer reaching out to us, either through our website, email, phone. 2nd) During this initial contact, we gather basic information about the customer's needs and requirements. 3rd) Consultation Meeting: If necessary, we schedule a consultation meeting with the customer to discuss their requirements in more detail. 4th) Proposal Submission: Based on the information gathered during the needs assessment and consultation, we prepare a detailed proposal outlining our recommended solution, including scope of work, timeline, pricing, and any other relevant details. 5th) Agreement and Contract Signing: Once both parties are satisfied with the proposal, we proceed to formalize the agreement. 6th) Scheduling: Once customer Signs/Accepts the estimate he/she will receive a date and time for installation.
