- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always offer 10% discount for military.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with educating the client first, we are not pushy salespeople. I would rather you understand the project than feel like I “sold” you on it. If you are calling me out you are already aware of the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a third generation trained gutter installer-my grandfather and stepfather had me installing since I was an early teen until I entered the marines. Once out of the marines I worked with them a few more years up north but wanted a change of climate and chose to start Veteran Gutters in the sunshine state.
