We had Joe replace five ceiling light fixtures in our house, including 2 dining room chandeliers and 2 pendents. He did a wonderful job! We have hired Joe for a few jobs around our house, most notably when our main water line shutoff started leaking and Joe was able to replace the valve and get our water back running without the accidental fountain feature. Joe was also a lifesaver when our dryer stopped heating, he came out and replaced the coil and sensors and had it back running like new.
