I've been in the business for 50 years. I am union trained, have completed a 4 year apprenticeship program and I am now a journeyman. I do quality work at a reasonable price. Phillip arrived on time and completed the difficult job of restretching and or resizing a badly installed carpet by Empire. We thought we would have to completely replace thos expensive carpet but Phillip had the tools and the knowledge to make it totally correct again! Phillip was reasonable on his estimate and performed the job he said he would intbe him frame he also quoted! Thank you Philip!!
