Introduction: I've been in the business for 50 years. I am union trained, have completed a 4 year apprenticeship program and I am now a journeyman. I do quality work at a reasonable price. I would also add professionalism and responsiveness in the list of qualities regarding Phillip Boulden‘s services.
He was very timely and patient and discussing the scope of the project, gave a fair quote, and did high-quality work. All the wrinkles were gone from the carpet when he was finished with his stretching. He also installed a baseboard, which was also a great job. I highly recommend Phillip!

Mr. Boulden stayed in contact about arrival time and that he could do the work after estimate. He arrived on time, did the estimate and immediately did the work. He kept us updated on every step. Carpet looks great, he even brought his own vacuum and cleaned up afterwards. He knows what he is doing and does it very well.
