In addition to general home inspection service, we also offer indoor environmental services for radon, mold, well water testing. We take time to show our clients our findings during the inspection. A very detailed inspection report is provided our client as soon as the inspection is complete. We treat every customer just like we would like to be treated. Each time we inspect a home, it gives us the opportunity to exceed our customers expectations. We enjoy meeting with our clients and informing them on the overall condition of the home they are purchasing.

Rob was fantastic to work with. He met and exceeded our expectations and helped to put our mind at ease about our new home purchase. He came out with very little notice and fit us into his schedule during the opening part of our 15 day inspection window which gives us plenty of time to talk to the sellers and negotiate some items on the list without worrying that we're out of time. He took great photos for our home owners insurance and was detailed and thorough in his findings.

A home inspector is like your family doctor. You go to him or her to find out what your overall health is currently. If he or she finds any health issues, then your family physician would recommend that you go see a specialist. As a home inspector, I do a physical exam of the home and recommend who needs to make repairs on any deficiencies I find in the home.
