I'm a stickler for a clean house. I was constantly cleaning; but with the pandemic and subsequent shutdown, working from home, and having two 4-year-olds out of school and home all the time, there was no way I could get time to clean like I used to. My husband has been telling me to hire someone to clean, but I was so nervous about having other people in the house because of COVID. I finally caved and decided to hire Affordable Maids for a deep clean and I'm so glad I did! They were punctual and professional. My house looks great!! They cleaned, dusted, swept, mopped and even vacuumed out the sliding door tracks! I will definitely be hiring them again to clean my house. Thank you Iris, Wanda and Felix!!

They were very responsive and accommodating during my families time of need. They even came back to pressure wash the patio, which was Really appreciated. My only criticism is, that only one cleaner was sent for our job. Although she was very good, it was a BIG job(deep cleaning house) that required more than one person. Maid was visibly tired(understandably so) and work slacked just a bit towards end, however, I would Definitely hire them again. Great last minute job!

I was in a real bind as we were having a delay with our closing for our newly purchased home. I wanted to have the house pristine for move in. On one day notice Affordable was able to rework their schedule and do a deep clean that words can not describe!

To stay competitive we are constantly reviewing and adjusting our pricing. we want to keep the cost as low as possible for you without sacrificing quality. the final price we agree on is the price no bait and switch no adding to the cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first contact the customer by messaging. We learn about your home and agree on a price that is both fair and affordable. We agree on day and time. the Customer then gives us an address and contact information. Then we ask for a $50 deposit to save your spot. It's recommended not required.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have worked in the industry for over a decade with a very good cleaning company. I have developed a passion to clean homes and clean them well. I have the tools experience and understanding of what a clean home looks like and feels like.
