- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that pricing is based on the size of the home, the type of cleaning (standard vs. deep clean), and the overall condition of the space. I provide upfront, transparent quotes so there are no surprises. Add-ons or extra services may have additional fees, but everything is discussed beforehand. I also occasionally offer discounts for recurring services or first-time clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a quick consultation to understand the client’s needs, the size of the space, and the type of cleaning they’re looking for. From there, I provide a clear quote and outline what’s included. Once scheduled, I arrive on time with all necessary supplies, complete the service with attention to detail, and do a final walkthrough to make sure everything meets expectations. I also follow up after the service to ensure the client is satisfied and to discuss any ongoing cleaning needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve gained hands-on experience through years of cleaning and organizing, along with learning best practices for different surfaces, products, and techniques. I’ve also taken time to research and stay updated on effective and safe cleaning methods to provide quality service to my clients.
