FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We off discounts to senior citizens, small business owners, and military personnel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to provide the best possible service to ensure the cleanest homes, VFHS prefers to follow the following process. First, we schedule a walkthrough appointment with the potential new client. This way, we can get an idea of the layout of the clients home, discuss their needs, and provide an opportunity for the client to ask any questions. Then, we suggest our new clients begin with our unmatched Deep Cleaning Service to completely reset their home to the highest level of clean. Once the Deep Cleaning Service is completed, VFHS encourages new clients to schedule Standard Cleaning Services on a bi-weekly or monthly basis to maintain.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After spending 10 years working 60-80 hrs per week as an Ink Technician/Lead Ink Technician I realized how much time I hadn't been spending with my family. Therefore, I needed a change. My daughter is almost grown and I want to spend her last couple years at home making memories and preparing her for life as an adult. Also, I needed to have enough time to grow the relationship with my husband. Once our daughter is grown it will be just the two of us, therefore I feel like it's important for us to slow down and foster our relationship. The moment I resigned as an Ink Room Manager, panic set in. I asked myself "What am I going to do to make money and support my family?" almost 100 times a day. However, my work experience and skill set were very job specific and I was coming up with nothing. So, I started asking the opinions of close friends and family. Surprisingly, the suggestion for starting my own cleaning company was suggested several times. Apparently, a lot of people in my life feel I am talented in keeping a clean and organized home and workspace. So, I gave it a go and the rest is history.
