I hired RCG Design to renovate my laundry room. Nykenya understood the assignment and transformed the space beyond what I could have imagined. She was very easy to communicate with and incorporated our ideas into her design. She took special consideration for our budget and helped us find ways to cut cost. She communicated with us every step of the design process and never made us feel like our request or changes were a burden.
I loved her creativity and thoughtfulness. She considered the functionality of the space and that helped us to maintain in to her original visual after years of extended use. She not only captured our vision but designed a space that surpassed by vision. Her attention to detail was impeccable. She considered every inch of that space as part of the overall vision.
I felt that our space project was a priority for her and she effectively coordinated every step of the installation process. She paid specific attention to the quality of the workmanship and materials for long term use.
Her professionalism and care for the value of our time and money was important to me. I will be looking to working with Nykenya on other spaces within my house.
