This is the same review I left on Google Reviews. Felix, Nelson, and Alejandro were wonderful. Their work is clean, efficient, and thoughtful. Alix communicated with me throughout the process from fact finding through completion. Communication via text, proposal, portal or phone are vital for any business to succeed. One of the reasons I chose this company in particular was how efficiently their process is laid out in the proposal phase from prep to finish. You can either text them directly or communicate in the portal questions regarding pricing or adding something in or taking it out. I wish all contractors utilized tools like this! Another reason I chose this company was when I was unsure about how something would look or what the proper term for that particular area of the home was, Alix sent back a photo showing that part of the house and what it would look like with the color. Questions also popped up along the way as parts were going to arrive for hurricane home repair that could damage some of the paint. It’s nerve wracking as it is to pay for big repairs or paint jobs then know that you’re going to possibly damage the new paint. But thankfully we were walked through the process of what next steps would be if we needed touch ups etc. I’m no longer worried about the old garage door being removed and “ruining” the new paint. The team was kind enough to pant the garage the same color of the house while we wait for the new garage door to arrive. We were fully supported in the process. So happy with the end results. In a few weeks the new garage will Get installed and it will match the front door.
