Clearly everyone is very happy with this companys work, however, we did not get the chance to work with this team - apparently theyre too busy. We contacted them in August 2020 for a quote, as Im sure many people price check and weigh their options. We started a pool project soon after and thought it best for them to make their mess before paying for a paint job on the entire exterior of our home. We let them know it would be October before we could start. He said no problem, that he would just require a deposit a week in advance. End of September came and we let him know wed be ready to paint 3rd-4th week of October. He said no issue, just let him know paint colors a week ahead of time. We contacted him this week with paint colors, and told him the week of October 26th would be best since were finishing the pool project. He said because weve rescheduled THREE TIMES that hes choosing not to work with us as it never turns out well in these situations and he hopes we understand. We replied to him immediately and said no problem, wed be OK with the 3rd week of October still, as we were just trying to be courteous in case there were still pool contractors here so he wasnt working around anyone, and he respectively declined. Happy hes busy enough to turn away business, but we were more than communicative throughout the process and now our home will not be painted for all the guests arriving at our home within the next 4 weeks for our WEDDING. Thanks a lot but cant believe you can treat people like this when weve been in touch for the last few months and were upfront about our home projects and timeline.

Todd and his crew got my 1600 SF house painted within 2 days' time, and it looks fantastic.What sets Todd apart from other contractors I contacted was how responsive and detail-oriented he was. One contractor didn't go to my house at all and gave me a quote over the phone, while the other barely said a word to me and texted me additional scant details later. Todd did a walkthrough with me around the house and explained the concerns he saw and detailed how he was going to address them. He even (gently) gave me some much needed landscaping tips.He wasn't the cheapest quote I got (pretty close, though), but I felt more confident that I would get quality service from him and if there were any issues that they would be resolved promptly--which they were. We had one minor issue where an old, brittle exterior garage lamp got knocked off when removing the plastic covering, but Todd was up front about it and worked with me to figure out a resolution despite it being outside of the contracted scope of services. In the end, my wife and I decided we should replace the exterior lamps anyway, since they looked ratty compared to the fresh paint job; the fact that they also used extra material to repair a more severe crack in our back wall that has resulted in slight bowing of the wall (that was not apparent from ground level at the time of the quote) made up for the minor snafu.

Todd and his crew painted the exterior of our home and Im very happy with the results. We got estimates from several companies and Todd patiently answered all of my questions when we were trying to decide which company to use. He also helped me pick out colors by bringing swatched over to match a neighbors house. They were comparably priced to other painting companies in our area. They finished our house in 2 days and showed up both days exactly when they said they would. Its a family owned business and they do the work themselves which I appreciated. Im very picky and they did a meticulous job on every aspect of the job from cleaning to sealing to prepping to the actual painting. I am so happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Blue Harbor Painting.

I purchased a new home for which I needed a full home paint job as it was not done properly when the home was build. I contracted Blue Harbor Painting to remedy all of my issues/concerns. From the beginning, I knew I was going to get quality service. Todd was on time and very professional, knowledgeable and patient.
