- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, I like to price per job. Every project is different and I believe pricing per job makes each project unique.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to schedule a time to meet with the new customer first and discuss what they are wanting done in depth. I want to make sure that all questions are answered from the customer and make them feel they have nothing to worry about. I also like to give the customer my opinion/design and see if it is something they are interested in. My goal is to make the new customer have complete confidence in my work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction industry since I was 13 years old and have worked alongside some very good carpenters. I have done complete remodels for apartments/condos in Lafayette, IN and in Florida.
