James was fantastic installing glass sliders doors in two of my bathrooms. There were some hiccups due to the way our shower pans are but James negotiated these easily and came up with brilliant solutions. He was patient with me changing my mind a few times and took the chaos of my home all in stride. Great work from a wonderful guy!!!

James was amazing to work with both for our mirrors install and flooring in the master closet. He also repainted the master bath which turned out amazing He was professional and did great work for us. Excited to work with him in the future.

James and his crew did a very good job. The yard started out with very tall grass, weeds and small trees. In a timely fashion my yard was hedged and cut in a profession mannor. Matched the price I wanted and offered other services such as pressure washing. Very deserving of a 5 star rating. I would recommend them to anyone.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our prices on the current going competitive rate in each trade we offer. While we do consider what the average rate is, We take into consideration the specific customers needs as well as the details of each individual project, to include labor and supplies at an affordable rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact with our customers, we identify their specific needs. There are some repairs that we can estimate without viewing the work. However, others will require an in person estimate to assess the work and provide an accurate estimate. We offer free local in person estimates. Other locations which are outside of our area will require a $20 dollar estimate fee that will be waived if we are hired.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
17 years of experience in Home improvement services, as well as the operation of pressure washing, and lawn machinery.
