FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the complexity of the case, the price can vary. However, I always work with client to make sure they can afford the service during these challenging times.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My approach varies. For the local clients, upon booking services, I either set up phone conference or meet in person meeting with both parties to level-set and discuss expectations, outcome and price. For the long-distance clients, the process begins with a free telephone consultation to get to know one another and explain the specific process for their specific need, also to answer all questions. The whole process can also be done electronically if preferred.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having an excellent professional background in working with families, I always love to share my experience and achievements with my clients. I have a JD and certified in Family and County Mediation. I’ve gone to several Mediation Workshops, seminar and webinars. I received training in Family Crisis intervention, crimes victim etc.
