Hi everyone! My name is Devin. I'm the owner of Steele Nutrition and a registered dietitian and Board Certified Specialist in Weight Management (CSOWM). I am completely passionate about what I do! I'm here to bring empowerment in shifting our mindsets when it comes to the many challenges surrounding food. It can be so confusing understanding when to eat, how much to eat, finding the time to cook/meal prep, how to break the "all-or-nothing" mentality, how to break the yo-yo dieting and restrictive eating patterns, etc. It's literally exhausting. I work with my clients on breaking the "food rules" and eating more freely all while making progress and seeing the results they are looking for. Together we'll start making small changes that lead to big results in the long term and something you can maintain (the hardest part, let's be honest!).
I utilize virtual nutrition counseling (telehealth, 100% online) via a HIPAA compliant platform called "Healthie" and our sessions are launched from your computer or phone. Healthie also has an app we will use while working together.
Here is what's included with my 6 month program:
-2 or 4 sessions each month (initial 60 min and 30 min follow ups)
-Access to me through the week using the Healthie app and messaging system for accountability, support, and questions
-Plenty of meal/snack ideas throughout working together tailored to your needs/goals/food preferences
-Photo-based food logging (you'll be taking photos of your meals with a brief description, and I'll provide feedback throughout the week so we know right away where to make adjustments when needed)
-Exercise logging and review
-Support and tips for special events/holidays/social outings/vacations
