- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by confirming your event date, location, and desired package. From there, we personalize your experience with custom templates, welcome screens, and photo layouts. Once booked, we stay in touch and ensure everything runs smoothly on event day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in professional event setup, DSLR camera handling, and modern booth software. We’ve also trained our team in perfecting the customer experience to ensure every detail is handled professionally and seamlessly.
