- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and based on pool size, condition, and service needs. Monthly service includes regular cleaning, balancing, and routine maintenance. Additional services like green-to-clean treatments, repairs, or filter cleanings are quoted separately. We occasionally offer new customer specials and seasonal promotions, and there are no hidden fees—everything is discussed upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your pool’s size, condition, and specific needs. From there, we provide a clear quote and service plan. On the first visit, we do a full evaluation of the pool and equipment, address any immediate issues, and get the water properly balanced. After that, we maintain consistent weekly service and keep you informed about your pool’s condition and any recommendations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 7 years of hands-on experience in pool cleaning, maintenance, and equipment repair. We are CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certified and trained in proper water chemistry, filtration systems, and commercial pool standards. Our experience includes working with both residential and large commercial pools, ensuring safe and properly balanced water at all times.
