Absolutely fantastic experience! I found South Shore Pro clean LLC when asking for recommendations on fb- the company was responsive, kind, and helpful. From their first visit I felt that they wanted my pool to be at its best- they explained every step they were taking. They take their time, theyre punctual and everyone that weve encountered from the company has been so nice! My pool has been sparkling clean since we hired them and we are so looking forward to this summer in our pool because of them.

They are AMAZING. I have a big above ground pool and they are one of the only companies who would take me in as a client. They have been servicing my pool since the summer and they do a fantastic job. Always super communicative, but I also dont ever have to think about my pool and its maintenance. They also always come when they say theyre going to. Thank you so much you guys. I highly recommend and will continue to use them monthly :)

South Shore Pro Clean are amazing, our pool was really bad as the river flooded it, at least a foot of mud in it, trees etc. Our pool company said it would take days and could only schedule us in a month. We decided to go with South Shore and they arrived with a team and multiple pumps and did the entire thing in a day, from mucking it out to pressure washing and applying chemicals. Really professional, affordable and fast, can't recommend them enough.

Our pricing is straightforward and based on pool size, condition, and service needs. Monthly service includes regular cleaning, balancing, and routine maintenance. Additional services like green-to-clean treatments, repairs, or filter cleanings are quoted separately. We occasionally offer new customer specials and seasonal promotions, and there are no hidden fees—everything is discussed upfront.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your pool’s size, condition, and specific needs. From there, we provide a clear quote and service plan. On the first visit, we do a full evaluation of the pool and equipment, address any immediate issues, and get the water properly balanced. After that, we maintain consistent weekly service and keep you informed about your pool’s condition and any recommendations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 7 years of hands-on experience in pool cleaning, maintenance, and equipment repair. We are CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certified and trained in proper water chemistry, filtration systems, and commercial pool standards. Our experience includes working with both residential and large commercial pools, ensuring safe and properly balanced water at all times.
