Eric went out of his way to help me and the Non-Profit Association that I ride with to get some amazing! aerial and still photos for an upcoming event we, my association, have planned in September. Eric was the photographer for my wedding, and he did an amazing job. He captured all of the moments I was hoping to save as well as many I did not expect. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are negotiable, and very reasonable. I'm into making great photos at a fair price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer, my goal is to find out what it is they want for their final product so that they are happy with what they receive from me. My business depends on having satisfied customers, so I'll do everything I can to make certain that happens.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a photographer for more than a decade and have done too many jobs to count. Most of my work I've received from referral business.
