- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing differs based on the needs of the customer. Other companies that claim an estimate based on house size are usually off the mark. We base our pricing off the usage of the homeowner. That is the only true way to get a correct/accurate estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Based on the information provided, we'll need to ask a few more questions to really cater to your needs. We can do this via Text/Email/Call, the conversation will be short and we will have an estimate shortly after that. Once the estimate is generated we'll ask to have a virtual/in-person sit-down. This next estimate will take 30-45 minutes to gauge your feelings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in battery and solar panel sales. I have 6 years of leading Customer Service in a very large SAAS company that I bring to the table. I seek out customized solutions that can meet a homeowner's needs, as best I can.
