- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We specialize in projects of 100 feet or more; projects smaller than this scope will not be accepted. Larger-scale projects qualify for better pricing and discounts. To provide an accurate quote, we conduct an on-site technical visit for a small fee, payable at the time of the visit. We also offer financing options and extended warranties to provide you with greater convenience and peace of mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and professional. First, we communicate with the client to understand the type of fence they desire and to confirm that they are ready to proceed. Next, we schedule an on-site technical visit to take precise measurements and review the details. This visit entails a fee; this serves to filter out clients who are not fully committed to their project, ensuring we focus on those who genuinely wish to move forward. This fee is payable at the time of the visit and can be settled via Zelle, Cash App, cash, or check. Following the visit, we provide a detailed quote and a project timeline.
