- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The larger the job, the better discounts can be had in the execution, in the same way we always agree on a fair price where the client feels comfortable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process to work with a new client has several steps in our case. First, communicate with the client and make an appointment to make a free estimate, second, analyze the budget to always give a better price than the competition and lastly, agree on the start day of the project. Our estimates are completely free within a certain distance, beyond 40 miles from our location it would cost $50.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
During a period I had a lot of training and training working for other companies where I acquired the knowledge and skills necessary to have my own company.
