We hosted a 25 person holiday party and Official Event Services did a phenomenal job. We hired two of their staff and they arrived early, in matching uniforms and were eager to help make the event go as smooth as possible. They were super attentive to the guests, made sure the flow of traffic at the party was continuously moving, and coordinated their efforts professionally. They did an excellent job, I am looking forward to using them for our future events.

Michelle and her team were amazing. Our wedding had 185 guests and her staff handled everything seamlessly. They took care of bartending, setting up the nonalcoholic beverages, displaying dessert, keeping water glasses filled at the tables, removing trash, and so much more. They were truly the kindest people and brought such a calm and helpful presence to the entire day. Michelle was incredibly responsive throughout the planning process and always willing to hop on a call to go over details. Their shopping service was a huge help, and she even met with us beforehand to gather cups, koozies, and other bar items so we would not have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding. I would recommend Official Event Services to anyone who needs staffing for a wedding, party, or any celebration where you want to feel confident that everything will run smoothly. They made our day easier, stress free, and very well cared for.

Michelle and Amanda did a wonderful job serving as wait staff at my daughter’s baby shower. They were prompt, friendly and professional and helped keep the buffet line moving smoothly and replenished. I am so thankful for their attention to detail and how diligently they worked from start to finish from set up to cake serving to clean up time. I will absolutely use them again for future events and have referred them to my best friend for her birthday party at the end of the year.
