I actually asked Rick and Tricia where I could write a review for them. My experience with this company has been amazing. I hired them after interviewing 5 web designers. They listened to what I wanted and then very gently led me in a direction that made my existing ideas much better. I am admittedly an idiot with computers and they have been unbelievably patient, even when I ask the same questions repeatedly. Their design for my website is so impressive and I get raves about it from most who look at it. I paid for the year's maintenance and feel like I have gotten my money's worth of attention in the first 2 month's. Tricia responds immediately with updates and answers to my never ending questions. I feel like they are partners in my business. Couldn't be happier with their service.

I can't say enough how pleased I am about working with The Digital Agenda. This was my first web project on Thumbtack and I was quite nervous about what to expect. After sifting through other quotes and comparing website portfolios, I decided to give The Digital Agenda a serious look. Before making my decision, I chatted with their project manager Richard. From our first discussion, I knew he was MORE THAN QUALIFIED to handle my needs. He understood my vision (even when I couldn't articulate it) and worked with me to find a solution that fit within my budget. He even took the time to request samples of websites that piqued my interest. His team had a first draft to me within 24 hours. That's AMAZING!! Richard's team was so fast, I never had to worry about when tasks would be completed. Even though I was quoted with a 30 day project, the website was ready in under two weeks--talk about fast!! Throughout the process, Richard has always made himself available to walk through the website and answer questions. He was even willing to chat with me right after his baby was born--talk about dedication! After speaking to several Web designers on the phone we decided to go with Rick and Tricia. What made them stand out from the others besides their work was the fact that Rick asked me questions about how I wanted my site and was very informative, something none of the other Web designers did. Throughout the whole process everything was explained in great detail and I have no complaints. I definitely recommend them and would work with them again. Excellent team! =)

    Our web design packages make it easy to take your business online. Start small and grow your online presence at your own speed. We ensure that your website provides an ROI that makes sense for your business model. All of our website designs are “results driven” and are built and implemented to achieve your goals. Every client is unique however we do have minimum pricing points based upon our quality of craftsmanship. All of our projects are based on flat rate estimates. Our minimum project starts at $2500 for any design or development with new clients. E-commerce projects start at $5000+

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Phase 1: ANALYSIS The first step is always about information gathering – identifying things like the website purpose, goals and target audience Phase 2: PLANNING A plan includes a definition of the site map, structure and technologies that we’re about to use. Phase 3: DESIGN Not only we focus on wireframe models and the visual style in this stage, but also on the usability of the user interface for the best possible user experience. Phase 4: CONTENT A very important part of the process is choosing the right texts, photos or videos – all optimized not only for your visitors, but also for search engines. Phase 5: DEVELOPMENT Here we actually CREATE the website using the HyperText Markup Language and Cascading Style Sheets with some help from databases and other technologies as well. If needed, our websites can be made accessible to mobile devices too. Phase 6: TESTING We test all the technical features, like code and scripts, compatibility with major browsers, but also we ask ourselves if the website really fulfills its purpose.
