- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very intentional on how I come up with our pricing structure. Our company is run in a way that we always start out with our best price which makes the buying process stress free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The Better Cabinets and Bath process starts off with a free in home estimate. This gives me a chance to ask questions, take measurements, and most importantly get an idea of your design vision. After the estimate is approved, we move towards the process of creating a work order, confirming design and color selections, and scheduling the week of production. Depending on the scope of the project, our jobs typically take 1-2 to complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration which has prepared me for the detailed communication both verbally and written that is needed to maintain a positive customer experience. I also have the training in marketing and accounting that will ensure our business model is sustainable, and that Better Cabinets will always be here to serve and answer the phone when called. I also have an FAA commercial pilots license which has given me training which has instilled my strong attention to detail in every aspect of my life. I fly now as a hobby, but the aviation training to carry over to Better Cabinets in how we conduct business as professionals in all the we do.
