Introduction

Looking to play a song for your anniversary? Or impress your loved one one on your wedding day? Want a one time monumental evening? Call me! I can have you ready to go in 6-8 weeks :) Find a piano and I can help. I was classically trained to read music and will teach my students to learn the same. Playing by ear and reading music are very different. If you would like a tactical approach to reading music and be able to play any music that is put in front of you, then I can assist you in learning to do so.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to train people who have access to a piano but will train on a keyboard if it is upright with a full set of keys and has a pedal. I will charge $50/hr and an additional $10/hr if I am travelling more than 30 miles for a lesson.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you are looking to play a song one time for a special occasion I will work with your for 8 weeks once a week (possibly less depending on your progress) until we have the song down. If you would like to learn to read and play music it will be a longer process which usually goes until you are comfortable with yourself reading music.
