What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide all my products directly from a distributor that backs up their product with a limited lifetime warranty. There is no 2nd or 3rd partys to charge more fees to meet their profits on sales. Like from a major home store. I can offer a discount if a customer can provide me pictures and dimensions to email a estimate. I can provide links to all my products I use. Fiberglass Doors and Decorative Glass.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will look at all possible solutions to save the customer money. Some existing doors can be reused with additional components to upgrade their doors. Such as adding decorative glass to a solid door. I will email estimate on a platform that a deposit can be made online with all forms of payments. I will give a estimated date of completion depending on availability. I have links to show all my products I use online.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the trades since I was 13. Learning from my father, a custom home builder until I decided to specialize in doors 20 years ago.
