- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All jobs are priced by the job. This way the customer knows what the cost will be. Estimates can be given over the phone for some jobs. Estimates can be given in person for more complex jobs. There is no charge for estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Come out to the job sight and give a free estimate. Answer any questions about the work to be performed. Give references if needed. My goal is 100% satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on training in home repair and remodeling. 6 years self employed doing remodeling and plumbing. The last 15 years I had worked at a plumbing company.
