Introduction: MichaelsTechShop differs from its competitors in allot of ways we take the time to communicate and explain the situation to our clients, other companies tend to hide hout the service is executed and chops it up to the client not being able to understand. Not us we believe you should know every step we take and take it with us. Above all we put the client first as we and others should. Everything this all started out as a hobby that i was passionate about now has turned into a full time job with 3 employees its really allot of fun and i truly enjoy it.

I would not recommend Michael's Tech Shop based on the unsatisfactory experience that I encountered. I sent two 5.25" floppy discs to Michael's Tech Shop in August 2015 to have the data transferred to another media device. After receiving the discs, Michael indicated that the necessary equipment wasn't functioning and he needed to get some new components. For at least 90-days, we exchanged several emails, as he explained problems and issues with obtaining the correct components. Finally, I asked to have my discs returned. He agreed, but I never received them. I sent two emails and have not had a response, and the data on the discs is now lost.

Michael's Tech Shop's reply

Thank you for the review Randy, Again we apologize that our Floppy disk hardware failed. And were unable to get your data back, We have sent the discs back and you gave us a confirmation email that you did receive them on the 15th of dec, in the condition we received them and should be fully functioning. We've also sent you a 25% discount on any of our products or services.
