Excellent I needed inspection of my roof. Inspectigators was very professional and thorough and explained a lot of things about my roof and water and moisture that I had no knowledge of. I definitely would recommend him 100%. And I will hire him again if needed. Also great price for what you’re getting!Jan 6, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our pricing system is simple for a reason. It makes it easier for the customer. Only in extreme cases, do we have variables such as age of the home or square footage that increase the price of the inspection. See our website for a list of our services and complete pricing
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once contacted, first we will discuss with the customer what their inspection needs are to ensure they are getting the inspection/inspections they need and gather some basic information about the home to be inspected. Next we schedule the inspection at a time that fits in with the customer's schedule. The customer receives a confirmation email as well as a username and password for our electronic reporting system. Finally we complete the needed inspection and provide the customer with a report within 24 hours of the inspection, but usually later that day. No email or not a fan of the computer ? That is not a problem, we can print all our reports and documents to give you a hard copy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am licensed by the FL DBPR as a Home Inspector , and yes I am insured. I am an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector. While the state minimum is 120 hours of training classes, over time I have accumulated well over 200+ in an effort to further my knowledge and keep current with new building methods and materials. I have several certificates exceeding those required for state licensing including my Infrared Certification.
