The first associate came and diagnosed the problem for which a part had to be ordered. The part arrived in 2 days. The second associate came and installed the part. Both associates were excellent with explaining what they were doing and explaining what the problem was. Excellent and professional! We know their schedules were controlled by the number of appointments they had and did not show within the window but shortly after.

Dmitri diagnosed the issue, found an additional issue, explained the situation clearly, and gave us the option to either go ahead with the repair or not (it was a fan in our gas oven, but the new fan didn't work either because the computer board had fried the oven control). He was totally up front with the cost, showed us the prices and we've decided to buy a new range (I think he agreed with us). I'd call him again in a heartbeat if I need another applicance repair.

My technician Yan was very knowledgeable and did all the safety checks to determine what the problem was. In the end there was no problem and it was determined that I may have used too much soap. Learnt that with these high tech machines we only need a small amount of soap. GO FIGURE! GREAT JOB
