Dmitri diagnosed the issue, found an additional issue, explained the situation clearly, and gave us the option to either go ahead with the repair or not (it was a fan in our gas oven, but the new fan didn't work either because the computer board had fried the oven control). He was totally up front with the cost, showed us the prices and we've decided to buy a new range (I think he agreed with us). I'd call him again in a heartbeat if I need another applicance repair.

My technician Yan was very knowledgeable and did all the safety checks to determine what the problem was. In the end there was no problem and it was determined that I may have used too much soap. Learnt that with these high tech machines we only need a small amount of soap. GO FIGURE! GREAT JOB
