- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My minimum fee is $20.00 an hour. I write quickly and proof carefully.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to chat on the phone (or Viber or Skype) and have a conversation, if possible. After that, I'll scour their website, blogs, and Facebook posts to help me learn more and to understand the tone they present to the public.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. in Human Communications from the University of Maine and have had to write in every position I've held including public television scripts, commercial radio ads, employment ads, business blog posts, newspaper and magazine articles, social media posts, and two personal blogs. In 2010, I began to focus on writing as both a hobby and as a vocation, writing an extensive sailing and travel blog, magazine articles, and a self-published book.
