Our process begins with an initial contact, where we collect basic information about the service — such as the type and number of upholstered items, location, and level of dirt. Then we provide a personalized quote and, once approved, we schedule the service for the most convenient date and time for the customer. On the service day, our team arrives on time and performs the cleaning using professional equipment and the appropriate products, ensuring quality and safety. After completion, we give the customer guidance on post-cleaning care.
