- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Technical Support can be included OR billed in 15-minute increments at $40, instead of the standard hourly rate, when you opt in to our "Basics" Service Plan. Ask about our Service Plan if you are interested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning about your current challenges, your current setup, and your goals. From there, I will identify areas for improvement, and create a straightforward plan of action. I aim to keep things simple, transparent, and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over a decade of hands-on IT experience, including Microsoft & CompTIA certifications, across networking, cybersecurity, Windows and Apple systems. I stay up to date on current technologies, cyber threats, and IT best practices to ensure every solution I provide is secure and reliable.
