Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He actually came out earlier than expected, which was awesome, and from the moment he arrived he was extremely easygoing and fun to talk to. He took the time to work through the issues with my computer and got it back up and running.

What stood out to me most was how obvious it is that he genuinely loves computers. He wasn’t just trying to get the job done and leave, you could tell he enjoys troubleshooting and really knows what he’s doing.

On top of that, I found out he’s the drummer for Doc Moccasin. I checked out the band and they’re seriously good!

Thanks again for all your help and for making what could have been a stressful computer repair a really positive experience. I’ll definitely be reaching out again if I ever need help in the future.
