- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is as unique as the customer. Our goal is to fit the project to the customers wants and needs with their budget. That's why we always view each job in person with the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Email or call to set up the initial consultation. review our recommendations. Once the customer approves the customer will put down a deposit and we’ll schedule the project accordingly. We order the material and show up on time per schedule and we stay on that job until it's completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Timber framing, carpentry, forestry / wildlife management (Germany)
