I met Joe Though a referral, i interviewed him regarding a renovation to my house and remodelling with modern added features as a suggestion. To my estimation i though that i had limites space for some of my suggestions. Joe was able to bring a new dimension to my life remoddeling my house . I was able to feel and experience the comfort of craftsman ship, skilled and moreso quality work, dedication and presion. He brough love with his work and really and quite truly loved everybit of his craftmanship. I highly recommnd him for any construction or remoddling, yard and fencing , all quality and great Job. Joe came out as scheduled, that was about as good as it got. He measured my windows, charged me $100.00 and we never saw him again. I had to wait for the windows to be made and I called him when they arrived. He was avoiding my calls and texts so I actually called him from another number and he picked up. I told him if he didn't want to do the job to let me know and I'd move on. He assured me he was interested in doing it and said he would do a bang up job. He agreed to call me later in the week to schedule a day so he could get it done. We scheduled a Monday morning with him and his two guys. I took the Monday off and waited... About 9:30 I called and then texted him. He texted me saying he was busy on another job and would call me that night to reschedule. That was October 29th..... So far no call, no text to tell me anything. I've since found a real company to come out and actually do what they promised. Joe charged me $100.00 , cut holes in my drywall to see how the windows were installed and never came back. Please find someone who won't leave you unhappy, don't use Joe Lemmon. Dave K. Joe came out to my unusual project to install 2 sliding glass doors (on a houseboat). The doors were a bit to big but Joe figured it out and did the most amazing job. I would highly recommend Joe for any project and I will be using he services for further work.

get at least 3 quotes, don't necessarily go with the least expensive one. don't be afraid to ask for references and last but not least, never give too much money up front!
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
try to describe thoroughly what your project entails i e pictures are probably the best source of describing a project
