I sent an inquiry about ventcleaning through Thumbtack and Mark replied very quickly and also followed up with a phone call to explain his process. I got appointment reminders via text and he showed up the day of service on time. He was extremely thorough during the visit, explaining each step, and even provided pictures of the hard to reach areas, behind the dryer and in the roof. I was impressed with the service every step of the way so I will definitely be calling him when it comes time to have this done again next year!
