Will squeezed me in on short notice. He was friendly and professional on the phone and in person. He took the time to diagnose and solve an issue that was discovered during the job I originally hired him for (and which could have resulted in a fire) and still stayed within the originally quoted time. Will REALLY knows his stuff! Nice fellow with incredible knowledge! We had three separate issues/concerns! He knocked them out rapidly and with confident ease!
