- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary according to the type and size of a wedding. I offer a 10% discount for Active Duty and Retired Military, Police and First Responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact through Thumbtack, I like to follow up with a phone conversation to determine what the customers wants, needs and expectations are for the wedding. Once we've completed this I like to discuss the venue and find out if the wedding is formal or casual, the number of guest attending and how long they need my services for. Once we've covered these items we can discuss the cost of My services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm retired Navy and I have taken photos all over the world. I have many years experience as an amateur photographer and three years experience as a professional. I've taken photos of racing events, air shows, sporting events, birthday parties, social gatherings and weddings; these are just some examples of photos I've taken.
