What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will not be beat on pricing for getting rid of bedbugs. We are always cheaper than everyone else, and we will do a better job and take care of people.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When new customers are interested, if it is for bedbugs, we will do a free inspection and make sure they have bedbugs before we treat. We then talk about the treatment process and they must do preparation to get ready for treatment. If you are a general pest customer, we will do an initial service and make sure that your pest issues are taken care of.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience in treating bedbugs, and my main technician has over a decade in treating General pest control. Together, we are an unstoppable team, and will take care of any pest problem you have.
